When Eric and Linda arrived in Cape Coral from Mission Viejo, California in 2002 and began in real estate, they didn't know it, but they would see a "normal" market, a "crazy" market, and finally, a "down and out" market.  Thank goodness today they are past the latter two, but it will take some time for the impact of the real estate bust to work its way out of the system, returning it to the new "normal," whatever that may be.  They DO know that as of March 2010, pricing has stabilized, and buyers are buying.  Prices are even creeping back up.
